01What this policy covers

Orulon is an early-stage startup developing control intelligence for energy systems and physical infrastructure. This website presents our work and design partner program.

The website has no accounts, payment checkout, or application forms. Downloading the pilot brief creates a file in your browser and does not submit information to us.

02Information you send us

If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. This may include your name, company, operating questions, and message content.

We use this information to respond, continue the conversation, and discuss a pilot if you request one. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that we do not need.

03Website delivery and security

Our hosting provider and Cloudflare process technical request information to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. This can include your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request timing.

Cloudflare may use necessary cookies for security or reliable delivery. These are separate from advertising cookies. The website does not install advertising pixels or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from this website.

04Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare adds a Web Analytics beacon to the deployed website. It measures page views, visited pages, the referring page, browser and device information, and page load performance. We use aggregated reports to understand website usage and improve the site.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to measure usage. Necessary security cookies may still be used for website delivery.

05Providers and international processing

Providers that support hosting, website delivery, security, analytics, and email may process information for those purposes. Our team email uses Gmail. Provider systems may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by applicable law or needed to protect lawful rights and the security of the website.

06Retention and security

We keep communications for as long as needed to respond, maintain the relationship you requested, or meet applicable legal obligations. Hosting, security, analytics, and email providers may retain technical data under their own policies.

We take reasonable precautions to protect information. No method of transmission or storage provides perfect security.

07Your choices and requests

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have shared with us. You can also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We handle requests subject to applicable law and may need to verify that a request comes from you.

Email [email protected] with your request. Include enough context for us to find the relevant communication. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place lawfully.
